Guests that choose to dine at one of the Specialty Restaurants are encouraged to make reservations through Celebrity's "Cruise Planner" platform once you have your Celebrity Cruise Line Reservation Number. In choosing a ship for The Smooth Jazz Cruise, several factors are considered. The quality of the ship’s accommodations, services, food, and staff are all key factors. Driven by our focus on presenting the music of “The Greatest Party at Sea” in the finest possible manner, we focus heavily on the size, number, and variety of the ship’s performance venues. Several ships have very nice main theaters, but, as our guests know, our music is presented throughout the ship, so the size and number of secondary venues is also important. The cruise, which has earned the title of “The Greatest Party at Sea,” transports everyone to a place of true camaraderie, inclusion, and respect.

YOUR CRUISES
On most cruises, a Day at Sea is a time for a good book and a nap. You may do that on The Smooth Jazz Cruise, but you would be missing special interviews, Artist-Hosted Events, pool parties, lunch events, and, of course, great music. Daytime music shows may be presented in any of the music venues (Celebrity Theatre, Rendezvous Lounge or Sky Lounge). Special shows may also be seen and heard on the pool deck or in The Cosmopolitan Restaurant, the main dining room of the ship. Daytime music shows are presented on a first-come, first-served basis. Since 2004, The Smooth Jazz Cruise has been the gold standard, not only for jazz cruises, but for all theme and music charter cruises.
This year we are expanding our musical offerings to reflect more of our cruise programs and music. Prior to Embarkation, we will post on the website a complete schedule of events so that you can begin to plan your activities. We craft an incredible performance itinerary for all our jazz enthusiasts, one that is filled with numerous concerts, artist-hosted lectures, and fun artist-hosted activities as well. We offer two Main Stage Shows every evening in the Celebrity Theatre for our guests to enjoy.

You can make a reservation ahead of the cruise by utilizing Celebrity's "Cruise Planner" platform or by calling Celebrity. It is recommended to pay particular attention to your reserved Main Show Time (1st Show or 2nd Show) and make your dining plans around your show time. Guests who choose to dine in open seating should arrive to the Dining Room with the party they would like to dine with and will be seated accordingly. It’s impossible to choose just one thing that’s special about Labadee. Celebrate the 25th anniversary of SJF by enjoying performances from some of jazz’s most notable performers. You may also wish to dine at one of the Specialty Restaurants aboard the ship. These seats are clearly marked, and guests are asked to refrain from sitting in such marked seats.
However, once the show begins, any guest may select any open reserved seat for themselves. Jazz Cruises strongly recommends that all guests travel with a valid passport with at least six (6) months validity post-cruise during their sailing. Botti at Sea ’24 was the first sailing of this program, and, by all standards, it was a runaway hit. Reaching fully reserved status months before sailing was an indication of the excitement the cruise generated, and the sailing only confirmed that the hype was real. Botti at Sea II (’25) sports another amazing lineup and, if possible, Host Chris Botti has vowed to be even more active and involved than he was on Botti at Sea ’24.
